Test Your Functional Vision — Free 5-Minute ScreenFit Score

ScreenFit is a free functional vision self-assessment for people who spend long hours on screens. In about 5 minutes — on a phone, tablet, or computer — it measures how your visual system is coping with screen life and returns a 0–100 Functional Vision Score with a per-skill profile.

What the assessment measures

The score blends two things, weighted equally: your reported symptoms (eye fatigue and dryness, focus and concentration, sleep quality, and screen habits, via 12 quick questions) and your measured performance on three interactive drills — Reaction Time (visual processing speed), Smooth Tracking (smooth pursuit of a moving target), and Go/No-Go (response control: acting fast on the right signals and holding back on the wrong ones).

How to read the score

80–100 is Strong Visual Stamina (the healthy baseline zone), 60–79 is Moderate Visual Strain, 40–59 is High Visual Strain, and below 40 is Very High Visual Strain. Results arrive instantly, with your profile shown as a spider-web chart and emailed to you. The assessment is a fitness-style training baseline, not a medical diagnosis — see the medical disclaimer.

Why passive fixes aren't enough

Digital eye strain is largely neuromuscular: hours of near-focus keep the ciliary muscle inside the eye continuously contracted, which blue-light glasses and eye drops do not address. ScreenFit's approach is active training — short daily drills that condition focusing, tracking, and response control, developed with neuro-optometry expertise. The guided starting point is the ScreenFit Vision Foundations course: a 9-minute daily routine (morning focus warmup, midday tracking reset, evening wind-down).
